Erick M. is currently the Global Head of Energy Risk Engineering at Swiss Re, where they oversee risk engineering for energy sectors including mining, oil, power, and engineering & construction. Previously, Erick held the position of Manager in Mining Risk Engineering and served as a Senior Risk Engineer at Swiss Re from 2016 to 2024. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager for mining and oil construction projects at GyM S.A. from 1995 to 2009 and as a Project Engineer at Ascensores Schindler del Perú S.A. from 2004 to 2005. Erick is pursuing an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
