Jay Ralph

Jay Ralph is a board member at Swiss Re. Jay was previously a member of the management board at Allianz from January 2010 to December 2016. Jay also served as the CEO of Allianz Asset Management AG from 2012 to 2016, and the chairman of the supervisory board for Allianz Life Insurance Company of N.A., Allianz of America, Inc., AZOA Services Corp, and Allianz Mexico S.A. Company de Seguros from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Ralph was a member of the supervisory board for Allianz Global Life, Ireland from 2008 to 2012 and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty AG from 2007 to 2012. Prior to their time at Allianz, Ralph served as the chief executive officer at Allianz Reinsurance from January 2007 to December 2009.

Jay Ralph has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jay is also a Certified Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.
