Alice Grilli

Alice Grilli currently serves as a Revenue Steering Analyst at Swiss International Air Lines since January 2024. Prior to this role, Alice co-founded Ulix and worked as a Junior Associate and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from October 2019 to August 2022. Leadership experience includes serving as President of CEMS Club Milan and an internship at PBS Holding AG Austria focused on e-business. Earlier career highlights include an internship with Shadow s.r.l., during which Alice specialized in optimizing site search engine performance, and an internship in the marketing department at ADVEO Italia involving customer data migration to SAP. Alice holds a Master's degree in International Management from CEMS and Università Bocconi, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi. Additional academic experience includes an exchange program at the National University of Singapore and San Diego State University.
