Frederick Mohr is currently the Head of Crew Management Systems at Swiss International Air Lines, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they led teams in performance, combustion, and vibrations operations at Ansaldo Energia from 2016 to 2020, and managed commissioning and adjustment teams for gas turbines across multiple international locations. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Performance Test Engineer at GE Power and a Monitoring & Diagnostics Engineer at Alstom Power, where they were responsible for performance tests and remote monitoring of power plants, respectively. Frederick holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and completed aerospace engineering studies at the University of California, Davis.
