Jacques Munsch is an experienced digital platform lead currently serving at Swiss International Air Lines since December 2017. In the role of Digital Assistants Platform Lead for the Lufthansa Group Digital Hangar, Jacques oversees a cross-location team, defines platform vision and strategy, and ensures platform scalability and security.
