Pascal Vontobel serves as a member of the Geschäftsleitung at NoTies GmbH since March 2016, focusing on IT consulting services across aviation, healthcare, and education while guiding digital transformation initiatives. Vontobel is also an elected Gemeinderat for the municipality of Waltenschwil for the 2023 - 2025 term. Since March 2009, Vontobel has held multiple roles at Swiss International Air Lines, including Pilot Assessor and Senior First Officer, and has been a Synthetic Flight Instructor at Lufthansa Aviation Training Switzerland AG since October 2018. Additionally, Vontobel is the Leiter Bildungsgang and a lecturer at KV Business School Zürich, leading the "Digital Collaboration Specialist EFA" curriculum, and has been involved in teaching information systems at IFA – Höhere Fachschule für Wirtschaft und Informatik. Vontobel holds an Executive Master of Business Administration in Digital Transformation from The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur and a degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Hochschule für Wirtschaft Luzern.
