Ralf Werner

Ralf Werner has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ralf started their career at Franke Group in 2008, where they worked as a Trainee Industriekaufmann and later as a Trainee Informatikkaufmann. Ralf continued working at Franke Group as an Informatikkaufmann and then as a Student of Business Information Systems - Application Management. From 2015 to 2017, they served as an IT Business Analyst at Franke Group.

In 2017, they joined Die Schweizerische Post as an Application Manager and later became a Senior Requirements Engineer.

In 2021, they moved to Lufthansa Group and served as a Team Lead Digital Customer Interaction Solution. Ralf then joined Swiss International Air Lines as a Senior Business Analyst and is currently working as the Head of IT to Business Alignment Customer & Commercial, Senior Manager.

In 2023, Ralf Werner will join Lufthansa Group Digital Hangar as a Tech PM Value Stream Customer Service.

Ralf Werner's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Informatics Application Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2012 to 2015. Ralf also pursued Business Informatics studies at UC Santa Barbara from 2014 onwards. Prior to that, they completed Fachhochschulreife in Berufskolleg II Wirtschaft und Verwaltung at Rudolf-Eberle-Schule, Bad Säckingen from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Ralf has obtained certifications such as Professional Agile Leadership™ I (PAL I) from Scrum.org in 2021 and Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering from SAQ Swiss Association for Quality in 2018.
