Pascal Rossé

Pascal Rossé currently serves as the Head of IT and Digital Transformation at SwissCaution, where leadership in developing technology solutions has led to enhanced business growth and operational efficiency. Previously, Pascal held the position of Head of IT Operations and served on the board of CIGES SA, overseeing a team of 25 and multiple IT services. With a long tenure at Romande Energie, Pascal advanced through roles including Head of Information and Communication Technology, where responsibilities encompassed IT/OT security and infrastructure, and later leading an expanded IT team of 30. Pascal's career began with project management and development roles in e-learning at STS Sauter Training & Simulation and web development coaching at Kesako Sàrl. Pascal holds a Certificate in Advanced Studies in Data Science and Data Management from HEC Lausanne and a Business Vantage certificate in English from Cambridge English.
