Romain Paci

Romain Paci is currently serving as a Product Owner at SwissCaution since August 2023. Previously, Romain held the role of Responsable d’activité - Product Owner at Thales from September 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of systems engineers, overseeing project requirements, risk identification, task prioritization, and process improvement. Romain's experience also includes working as a Product Owner - System Engineer at Thales, focusing on product vision, agile development for international clients, backlog management with JIRA, and conducting user acceptance tests. Prior roles include being an engineer at SEGULA Technologies, managing the development of hybrid and electric vehicle starters, as well as roles related to electrical engineering during internships at GE and Solvay Chemicals. Romain Paci holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from ENSEM Nancy.
