Denis Cherpillod

Denis Cherpillod is a partner at Reymond & Associés and serves as chairman of the board at Swisscoding SA and AeroFormation SA. They advise on general business law with a focus on competition and antitrust law, commercial transactions (mergers/acquisitions, financing, restructuring of companies), corporate matters, contract law, and the restructuring of distressed companies and insolvency matters, and they are the author or co-author of various publications in corporate or competition law.
