Markus Harder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing engineering and service delivery teams within the telecommunications and financial sectors. Currently serving as Head Customer Dedicated Engineering at Swisscom since October 2015, Markus oversees the provision of Managed Network Services for major financial institutions, ensuring adherence to contractual SLAs and KPIs while engaging in resource and financial planning, contract negotiations, and operational optimization.
