**DAOs**
We are convinced that DAOs allow communities to give ownership and power to individuals.  Using Smart Contracts allows us to codify community governance, reputation and workflow while securing decentralised ownership and empowerment of contributors in the governance process. 

**Our Mission**
swissDAO aims to create an inclusive and collaborative community that fosters and educates talents for Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) and the Web3 tech, while using new technology for our very own organisation to educate our builders practically.

We are excited about Web3 tech because we are convinced that it can reduce financial barriers, bring new solutions to human coordination problems, allow more transparency and bring ownership to the internet.
