Patrick McMurray is a co-founder of Oyster Master Guild and the World Champ/Oyster Sommelier/L’Ecailler & Oyster Bar Creative at ShuckerPaddy OysterCo. Patrick is a hospitality consultant, culinary & hospitality educator, inventor designer of ShuckerPaddy OysterKnives, professional speaker, author, and restaurant designer/builder/manager. Patrick also works as a brand ambassador, social media marketer, and oyster bar consultant. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Toronto.
