Oliver Steimer

Oliver Steimer is the Geschäftsführer of Andermatt Feinmechanik AG, where they have held this position since 2023, overseeing two locations and leading a team of 32 employees. Prior to this, they served as the Integration Manager for Steimer Production AG, integrating the company's operations into Andermatt Feinmechanik AG. Their earlier experience includes roles at Schindler Group and Studer Cables AG, where they were involved in project management and order processing. Oliver has educational credentials in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Fernfachhochschule Schweiz and holds a Techniker HF in Unternehmensprozesse from TEKO Schweizerische Fachschule AG. They also currently serve as President of VBM, a subsidiary of Swissmem.
