Rebecca Dascălu

Rebecca Dascălu has a diverse work experience. Rebecca started their career at Fortech Romania in 2014 as an Inside Sales Representative, where they were responsible for meeting revenue and profit targets for an assigned territory and played a pivotal role in creating the structure of the inside sales department. In 2017, they joined Cornerstone OnDemand as a Marketing Assistant, providing support to the marketing director and retail brokers in their day-to-day brokerage business. Their duties included research, marketing support, creating monthly marketing reports, and managing online databases. Since 2019, Rebecca has been working at Swit as an Executive Account Manager, where they have been instrumental in promoting and delivering targeted programs and expanding existing business, resulting in increased revenue. Their role also involves delivering sales presentations to customers and supervising and training sales teams when required.

Rebecca Dascălu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Vasile Alecsandri National College from 2010 to 2014.
