We go above and beyond and always put our best foot forward.

We care deeply for nurses, facilities, and the patients they serve.

We are true to ourselves so we can be true to those we serve.

We accomplish shared goals by working together as a team.

We are always dependable and accountable for our actions.

We do what is right, even when no one is looking.

We’re redefining healthcare staffing.
Switch is building a world where every healthcare facility is fully staffed with skilled and caring professionals.
Let’s face it. Healthcare staffing has changed. Ever since the pandemic, it feels like nursing shifts have become commodities; and apps have prompted a race to the bottom in patient care. At Switch, we think healthcare facilities, patients, and nurses deserve better. Switch is flipping the script.
Founded by experienced healthcare professionals, Switch is more than just another app. We help facilities better manage their workforce, with custom solutions and a concierge approach. We give nurses control over their schedules—and a community who always has their back.
