The energy conversation is the defining conversation of this generation, and students should be leading it, not watching it.

The Switch Ambassador Network is the student leadership arm of Switch Campus, the higher education program of Switch Energy Alliance. Our Regional Ambassadors are the local voice of Switch Campus around the world: they represent the program on their campuses, welcome new members to the community, and help students in their region take part in the energy conversation.

Everything we do lives on The Grid, the online home of Switch Campus at switchedu.org. Students, mentors, and industry leaders connect there year round, and joining is free and takes about a minute.

The Grid is also where the Switch Global Case Competition runs. Student teams choose a real country, study its energy picture, and build a real plan for its energy future, mentored by energy professionals and judged by industry leaders. Since 2020, the competition has engaged more than 4,000 students from 75+ countries, competing for a $25,000 annual prize pool.
Who can join? Post-secondary students worldwide, whatever they study. Energy is engineering, policy, business, design, and communication, and the network reflects that.

For energy professionals: our students are building serious, defensible energy plans, and they need mentors and judges. If lifting the world's energy IQ sounds like your kind of work, we would love to hear from you.

Switch Campus is a program of Switch Energy Alliance, an education nonprofit lifting the world's energy IQ.
