We work with clients who are great at what they do, and who could benefit from more clarity of purpose and ethos. We have developed a pathway that makes sure this is reflected in every step of their process, all the way to communication with the outside world.

We were founded in 2004 as a traditional agency and, over the years, honed our focus and expertise on B2B comms. Today, we help businesses speak to other businesses in a way that shows that humans do business with humans, because this builds sustainable commercial relationships.

We also help businesses speak to their end-users in a way that brings clarity and understanding.

Times change, the tools at our disposal have changed and continue to change, but people always want to be understood and to understand what’s being said. Ultimately, our goal is to deliver clarity.

Galvanised by our purpose, the people who think the way we do join us and stick around. In time, this can lead to profit. We seek this attitude in our clients as well because it means that we can expand an ecosystem based on dignity and fairness.

We’re a close-knit team of curious professionals who strongly believe that there is a more human way for businesses to speak to other businesses. And that doing good business means doing business that’s good for everyone.

We want to enjoy our time at work and to look back at what we do with pride. This means that we have fun doing what we do, that we only work with people who see the world in a similar way to the way we do, and that we value pleasant and fruitful interactions with others. Inside Switch and out of it.

Since 2020, we are a remote-first agency that’s on its way to a 4-day week – a commitment to dignity and fairness driving this crazy notion. We are spread across a handful of countries but we remain one team. An unruly and unlikely group of people who have chosen each other and continue to do so every day.
