Dennis Carr

Dennis Carr has a strong background in security systems and technology. Dennis started their career in 2003 as a Security Electronics Technician at Norment Security Group, where they gained experience in low voltage installs, reading blueprints, and installing and terminating various devices. Dennis then worked as a Lead Tech/Service Tech at NetVersant from 2005 to 2007, before joining Integrated Security Systems Management, Inc. as a Senior Lead Tech/Service Tech. During their time there, they specialized in sales, service, and installation of access control, CCTV, burglar alarms, and video servers. In 2010, Dennis joined ShawnTech Communications, Inc. as a Lead Field Engineer before transitioning to North American Video in 2013 as a Project Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Switch since 2015, initially as a Security Systems Manager and later taking on the role of Director of Security Systems. In this role, they have been responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining multi-site access control and surveillance systems, including programming, installing, and maintaining state-of-the-art access control and surveillance systems.

Dennis Carr attended Whittier High from 1990 to 1994, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during this time.
