Osama Shareef

Osama Shareef has over 10 years of experience in revenue assurance, AML, and fraud management. They began their career as a call center agent at Zain Iraq from 2010 to 2012, before progressing to roles such as Senior Fraud Investigator and Sales Auditor. They further honed their expertise as a Fraud Management Professional at Zain IQ between 2010 and 2015. Currently, Osama serves as the Head of Revenue Assurance at SWITCH®, where they lead the finance division.
