شركة بوابة العراق الالكترونية للخدمات المالية هي شركة عراقية مسجلة في العراق، وحاصلة على رخصة لمزاولة اعمال الدفع الالكتروني من البنك المركزي العراقي رقم (4) استنادا الى قانون البنك المركزي العراقي رقم (56) لسنه 2004. الشركة مرخصة لتنفيذ وتسهيل اعمال الدفع الالكتروني في جميع انحاء العراق ويشمل نطاق عملها: اصدار البطاقات مسبقة الدفع من خلال شركات الدفع العالمية، امتلاك ونشر نقاط الدفع وشبكة الصراف الالي وكذلك تقديم خدمات مختلفة للمصارف وتسهيل عملية دفع الفواتير وتحصيلها.

تمارس الشركة عملها من مقرها الموجود في بغداد/الجادرية وتدار الشركة من كادر مهني متخصص فنيا وتجاريا وماليا في مجال الدفع الالكتروني وأنظمة التكنلوجيا يعملون ليل نهار ليضعوا أفضل الممارسات العالمية وبشكل آمن في مجال الدفع بين ايدي المواطن العراقي وتحت تصرفه.
