Chelladurai P

Chelladurai P has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Chelladurai currently works at Switch Mobility as the Head of Pricing & Product Cost Engineering, where they lead the team in managing the overall cost of electric commercial vehicles and buses. Previously, Chelladurai worked at Alstom as a Design to Cost Manager, where they led a team responsible for cost management and generated innovative cost-effective designs. Before that, they were an Engineering Manager at Tenneco, where they established and managed a global engineering technical center and led a team in the design and development of automotive components. Prior to Tenneco, Chelladurai held various roles at IFB Automotive Pvt Ltd, including Head of R&D for Door Systems, Manager in R&D, and Deputy Manager in R&D. Chelladurai also worked as a Design Engineer at Infotech Enterprises IT Services Pvt Ltd and Falcon Technologies, where they were involved in conceptual design, drafting, and coordination between design and manufacturing teams.

Chelladurai P began their education in 1998 at K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Chelladurai completed their studies there in 2002. In the following years, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Sona College of Technology, earning a Master's degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing. Chelladurai's educational journey continued in 2017 with a one-year program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where they pursued a degree in General Management known as the EGMP. This program concluded in 2018.
