Diane Moore

Diane Moore is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Board adviser with a distinguished international background in investment banking and regulation. Diane possesses expertise in Financial Services and Charity regulation, Enterprise Risk Management, and Corporate Governance, complemented by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Open University. Currently, Diane serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director for Switch Mobility and Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland, among other positions, while previously holding roles at Oesterreichische Nationalbank, MUFG SECURITIES EMEA PLC, and the Financial Services Authority, where Diane focused on banking supervision and regulatory policy. Diane has also contributed to various boards, including serving as Chair of Audit Committees and as a Trustee for the Mental Health Foundation.
