Joshua Riley is an experienced Salesforce Technical Manager at Switch since October 2023, previously serving as a Manager at Accenture from February 2019 to March 2023, where architectural solutions for scalable applications were crafted and cloud tools were launched globally. Prior roles at Accenture included Associate Manager and Consultant, focusing on the Salesforce Business Group and consulting on multiple projects. Before Accenture, Joshua held positions at Publicis.Sapient as Marketing Operations Practice Lead, Vertiba as Marketing Operations Specialist, and Gabriel Sales where expertise in CRM, data management, and marketing automation was demonstrated. As a co-founder and VP of Business Development at NACA Fermentation, strategic partnerships and market strategies were developed.
