Matthew J. serves as the Chief Information Officer at Switch since October 2025. Previously, Matthew held multiple executive roles at NEOM, including CEO of the OneWeb Joint Venture and Executive Director of the Infrastructure Business Unit, where Matthew led teams in developing advanced connectivity solutions and AI data center infrastructure. Matthew also worked as a Senior Operating Executive at Cerberus Capital Management and as CEO of The Open RAN Development Company, focusing on next-generation Open RAN platforms. Prior experience includes President & COO of Rakuten Symphony and Chief Technology Officer at Guardtime, where Matthew shaped technology strategies across various sectors, including telecommunications and cybersecurity. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University.
