Sergio Tapias

Sergio Tapias, P.E., is an accomplished electrical engineering professional with a Master's degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from California State University-Sacramento. They have held various roles across the engineering field, including positions as a Senior Substation Field Engineer at Switch and a Senior Engineer at Con Edison. Previously, Sergio worked as a GIS Field Service Engineer at Hitachi Energy and a Production Specialist at both ABB and GE. They also served as the Director of Engineering and Computer Science at Associated Students, Inc., and gained early experience as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
