Victoria Faust

Victoria Faust, PMP, CFE, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Business Planning in the Strategic Initiatives Office at Switch, where responsibilities include driving enterprise-level strategic planning, executing large-scale initiatives, and leading initiatives in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Previously, Victoria held various positions at MGM Resorts International, culminating in the role of Director of Strategic Initiatives, where significant contributions included leading a company-wide program that achieved $75M in savings and designing operating models that resulted in $100M in savings. Victoria holds an MBA in New Venture Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from UNLV Lee Business School.
