Waseem Shehzad

Waseem Shehzad is a seasoned professional in the data center commissioning and project management field, currently serving as a Datacenter Commissioning Program Manager at Switch since July 2025. In this role, Waseem oversees the complete commissioning lifecycle for mission-critical data center projects, ensuring the full functionality of MEP and life safety systems. Prior to Switch, Waseem worked as a Senior Project Manager at CAI, where responsibilities included the execution of electrical aspects of commissioning projects and the development of electrical test schedules. Waseem also served as a Data Center QAQC Support Engineer at Meta, managing QAQC program requirements and site plans, and worked at CAI as a Data Center Commissioning Engineer, focusing on electrical lead responsibilities in a significant project in Santiago, Chile. Waseem holds a degree from Norwich University, completed between 1994 and 1997.
