Sam McMillian

Sam McMillian is the Design Quality Manager at Switchback Medical, where they leverage extensive experience in quality engineering and design assurance. They previously held positions as Senior Quality Engineer and Principal Design Quality Engineer, with a focus on therapy delivery projects and quality management systems in various international settings. Sam began their career as a Quality Engineer Intern at OrthoCor Medical and has since garnered experience at companies such as Nextern and Abbott. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and are passionate about advancing the careers of women in STEM fields while making a positive impact in healthcare.
