Joanna Li

Joanna Li is a Co-Founder of Switchboard, where they help growing businesses scale operations using automation, AI, and emerging technologies. Previously, Joanna served as a Senior Producer at MetaLab and held roles as a Project Manager at Blast Radius and an Account Director at SAENTYS. Joanna’s early experience includes positions as a Marketing Specialist and Public Education Coordinator with the BC Public Service. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Interactive Arts from Simon Fraser University and a Management Certificate in Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
