Heather Aquino

Heather Aquino has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Heather began their career in 2010 at the Zappos Family of Companies, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, addressing customer inquiries and acting as an ambassador for new hires. Heather later took on the role of a Live Chat Trainer, conducting quality reviews, creating and delivering training sessions, and participating in the interview process. Heather also served as a Corporate Event Planner, organizing quarterly recognition events and coordinating with venues and vendors.

In 2020, Heather joined GrassBridge Recruiting as a Recruiter and Engagement Manager, where they were responsible for sourcing and engaging with candidates. Heather then transitioned to Capa Talent in 2022 as a Talent Partner, focusing on talent acquisition and management.

Currently, Heather is working at Switchboard Software as a Lead Researcher. Further details about the responsibilities and accomplishments in this role are not provided.

Heather Aquino obtained a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing and Communication from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Heather attended the university from 2004 to 2009. In addition, they received a certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from the Google Digital Garage in October 2020.
