Erin Abrams

Erin Abrams is a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in enhancing digital products across various sectors. Currently at Switchboard since February 2023, Erin previously held similar roles at Ribbon and Compass, where significant contributions included modernizing the real estate transaction process and developing CRM features post-Contactually acquisition. Erin's career began as a Product Manager at Contactually, focusing on mobile app and browser extension development before leading K-12 digital learning products at EverFi, where The Compassion Project earned notable recognition. Additionally, Erin served as Associate Manager for Program Development at the National PTA, and as an AmeriCorps VISTA, addressing educational access issues. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University.
