Max Shron

Max Shron is an experienced hands-on data leader currently advising various organizations as the Director of Research at Switchbox, where they support climate activists with data-driven reports. They also serve as the Principal AI Product Strategist at Tribe AI and have founded Polynumeral, a company that utilizes data science to help organizations achieve exceptional results. Previously, Shron held significant roles at Warby Parker, overseeing multiple data teams and contributing to the company's public offering, and at OkCupid, where they were among the first to hold the title of Data Scientist in New York. Additionally, Shron has a background in freelance data journalism and participated in a programming retreat at the Recurse Center. They are pursuing an AB in Mathematics at the University of Chicago.
