Garrett Hiles

Garrett Hiles is a skilled finance and business strategy professional with over a decade of experience in financial leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Founder of Aligned Growth Advisory, they provide consultancy services focused on post-acquisition integration for small to mid-sized companies. Previously, they held the position of Director of Integration at Chronicle Heritage, where they designed comprehensive integration frameworks and managed cross-functional teams. They also served as CFO at Commonwealth Heritage Group and gained experience as a Business Manager for the Jonesville School District. Garrett holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
