Heather Kelly is currently the VP of Engineering at SwitchBox, where they lead teams through ambiguous requirements while driving clarity and results. They have extensive experience in mechanical engineering, with past roles that include Engineering Manager at Exro Technologies Inc. and a Controller Electronics Technical Specialist at General Motors. Heather has a strong background in product design and development, having worked at TiAL Products and Chrysler, and holds dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering along with an ongoing MBA from Kettering University. Passionate about mentoring and stakeholder relationships, they continue to focus on a learning mindset throughout their career.
