Felipe Crisostomo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Felipe began their career at Outotec in 2010 as a Reliability Engineer and Business Development specialist, where they implemented IVARA software to optimize plant operations. Felipe then joined BHP Billiton Chile in 2011 as a Project Engineer, contributing to the development of a copper heap leach and hydrometallurgical plant.

In 2012, Felipe joined UNSW where they held multiple roles including Postdoctoral Fellow, Solar and Thermal Laboratory Manager, and Researcher. Felipe collaborated with various organizations on applied research and helped develop a novel roof-mounted hybrid PV/T collector for generating heating, cooling, and electricity. In 2017, they became a Project Manager for strategic projects related to educational experiences.

In 2022, Felipe joined Prospection as a Project Manager, overseeing projects before transitioning to their current role as a Senior Project Manager at SwitchDin, starting in 2023.

Felipe Crisostomo obtained their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Felipe started their academic journey in 2005 at the Universidad de Chile, where they pursued an Engineer's Degree. Felipe completed this degree in 2010. Subsequently, Felipe pursued a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the same university from 2009 to 2011. Continuing their educational journey, Felipe enrolled at The University of New South Wales and embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 2016.
