Jim Lann

Jim Lann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and platform reliability. Currently serving as the Director of SRE/Operations at Switchfly, they focus on building a Platform Engineering team and improving operational support processes. Previously, Lann was the SRE Director at First Advantage, where they contributed to developing SRE practices, and held key roles at notable companies such as Tractor Supply Company, Office Depot, and AOL. Lann is also the owner of Woodfeather Farm, LLC, a boutique winery in Middle Tennessee, and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
