Damian Mingle

Damian R. Mingle, MBA, currently serves as Chief Data Scientist and Partner at SwitchPoint Ventures, focusing on AI investments and machine learning capabilities for organizational transformation. Additionally, Mingle is President and CEO of LogicPlum, which specializes in building AI solutions tailored to business objectives. As a Founding Board Member of Polaris Health, Mingle contributed to the development of an AI-driven platform aimed at optimizing clinician scheduling. Mingle has also held positions as an adjunct professor at Lipscomb University, Chief Data Scientist at Intermedix and WPC Healthcare, and analyst roles at HCA and Coventry Health Care, where Mingle applied advanced data analytics to healthcare challenges. Mingle's educational background includes an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce, coursework in Economics from Harvard University, a Project Management certificate from Stanford University, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Communication from Asbury University.
