Nolan Rhem

Nolan Rhem is a seasoned entrepreneur and operations executive with extensive experience in leveraging technology and machine learning to drive organizational transformation across various sectors. As the COO and Co-Founder of SwitchPoint Ventures since June 2018, Nolan focuses on AI investments and delivering strategic, operational, and capital solutions to partner organizations. Previous roles include co-founding Polaris Health, which specializes in AI-driven clinician scheduling, and serving as Vice President of Operations at Intermedix, where Nolan implemented machine learning solutions. Nolan's earlier experience also includes significant leadership positions at WPC Healthcare, Quinnian Health, Asurion, Hilton Hotels, and Visage Mobile, complemented by an academic background featuring a BA in International Relations from the University of Virginia and an MBA from The University of Memphis.
