Hi, we’re SwitchUp 👋

What we believe

Artificial intelligence is reshaping the world. Rather than waiting for change, we are one of the pro-active shapers in this development. That’s why we’re actively experimenting with what it means to run a hybrid organisation where human and AI teammates work side by side.

What we do

Many companies bet on inertia and charge their most loyal customers the highest prices—they know you’re busy and won’t notice when costs creep up. We step in like the friend who says, “Hey, that bill looks too high—want me to sort it?” Then we actually sort it, fully automatically, year after year.

What our users think about us

Hundreds of thousands of people already rely on us and - judging by the 20,000+ reviews on Trustpilot, Google and Facebook - the vast majority seem to love how we act based on our friendship principle. As a result, we have the beautiful “problem” that a lot more people want to use our service than we can handle.

Why we exist

When enough people push back: companies rethink their prices, competitors get fairer, the whole market transforms. Helping that along is our north star—#Fairänderung, as we like to call it.

Time to SwitchUp

If you’re in Berlin, drop by for our daily team lunch—steamed veggies guaranteed. Or just ping us online. Wherever you are, if you care about fairness, we’d love to switchup ideas.
