Michael Cascone

Michael Cascone is the President and Chief Financial Officer at Switchyards, a role held since 2025. Previously, Cascone served as the Managing Partner at Five Core Capital, providing executive services and advisory to early and growth stage companies. They held various leadership positions, including COO at HowStuffWorks and Discovery Communications, where they played a key role in driving significant growth and operational success. Cascone also co-founded MasterKey, successfully raising venture capital and selling the company’s technology to a major public firm. They earned an MBA from Emory University and hold dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from Georgetown University.
