Ali O.

Ali O. has over 10 years of professional experience in product management, education, and volunteer coaching. In 2021, Ali O. began working at Swivl as the Director of Product Management, and previously held the roles of Manager Product Management, Lead Product Manager, and Product Manager. From 2016-2019, Ali O. worked at School4One as the Interim CEO and Director of Product & Client Engagement. During this time, Ali O. was responsible for building classroom technology for high-need Title 1 schools and leading teams to develop personalized learning experiences for students. In 2019, Ali O. co-founded CollectTech, LLC. and served as Vice President. Ali O. was responsible for identifying user pain points, conducting user research and competitive analysis, and managing the development team. From 2011-2016, Ali O. worked as an educator at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, where they analyzed data to determine instructional methods and integrated computers and other equipment into instruction. Additionally, Ali O. volunteered as a coach for Girls on the Run International from 2011-2016.

Ali O. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education from Appalachian State University between 2007 and 2011. In June 2011, Ali O. obtained a NC Teaching Licensure from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
