Ehsan Taheri, PhD, currently serves as a Process Engineer at SWJ Technology, focusing on the Mercedes Benz Battery Assembly Plant, where notable achievements include managing product/process changes as Change Manager and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Planning Engineer at Volkswagen Automatic Transmission, and Battery Production Planner at Mercedes-Benz Group China, where Ehsan developed efficient production line concepts and led pilot plant construction projects. Ehsan's early experience encompasses production management, procurement support, teaching assistance, and translation roles, all underpinned by a robust educational background in Management Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
