Ben Matthews

Ben Matthews has a diverse work experience. Ben currently serves as the CEO at SWM Technologies since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President at Pelican Energy Partners LP from May 2018 to June 2022. Ben also worked as an Associate at Hastings Equity Partners, LLC from May 2016 to May 2018. Before that, they held multiple roles at Safoco, Inc. including Product Manager, FRV from July 2012 to August 2014, Engineering Manager from April 2011 to August 2014, Design Engineer, Control Systems from November 2010 to April 2011, and Design Engineer, Actuator and Valves from September 2009 to November 2010. Ben began their career as Outreach and Development Staff at The Navigators from June 2007 to August 2009.

Ben Matthews completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating between the years 2003 and 2007.
