Lucy Gansauer

Lucy Gansauer currently serves as the SWOG DEI Champion at SWOG Cancer Research Network since February 2021. Prior to this role, Lucy Gansauer has held multiple leadership positions at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System since April 1994, including Director of Cancer Care Delivery and Director NCCCP, where oversight of the NCI Community Cancer Program was maintained. Additionally, Lucy Gansauer served as the Director of Safety & Regulatory Compliance, focusing on regulatory compliance and safety protocols, and as Patient Safety Officer, responsible for developing a robust Patient Safety Program. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Nursing Education & Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), both obtained from the University of Evansville.
