Cai Kjaer

Cai Kjaer's work experience includes being the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of SWOOP Analytics since September 2014. SWOOP Analytics is a leading enterprise analytics platform that focuses on measuring internal collaboration and communication. Additionally, Cai has experience as a Co-founder of Optimice since 2006, specializing in improving business relationships using Social Network Analysis. Cai has also worked as a Committee member at Danish Connect since March 2013. In the past, Cai has held the position of General Manager (Australia and New Zealand) at Implementation Management Associates from November 2006 to August 2009. Cai also worked at CSC, where they held various roles including Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, Knowledge Program Manager, Knowledge Team Lead, and Business Analyst. Furthermore, Cai has experience as a Legal Case Officer at Landsskatteretten, where they managed more than 200 tax cases with a focus on analytical skills and human interaction.

Cai Kjaer began their education at Ballerup Gymnasium from 1984 to 1986. After completing their high school education, they attended the University of Copenhagen, also known as Københavns Universitet, where they pursued a Master's degree in Law from 1988 to 1992.
