Eric Redline has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric currently holds the position of EVP, Product Strategy at Swoop, where they are responsible for envisioning the future of conversational AI capabilities and designing a roadmap for growth. Prior to Swoop, Eric served as the Co-Founder and Board Member/Advisor at NuMoola, where they led strategic planning, business operations, sales, partnerships, and product management. Eric also held various roles at Ashfield, including SVP of Digital Transformation and VP of Omnichannel Strategy & Implementation. Eric has experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry as well, having served as VP of Innovation at Aktana and as Managing Partner & Strategic Advisor at TextNinja Co. Eric also held management positions at PharmaMetrics and ImpactRx, Inc. Additionally, Eric began their career as a Consultant at Accenture, where they led teams and implemented systems for improved customer relations.

Eric Redline holds an MBA degree in Marketing, Operations, and Healthcare Management from The Wharton School, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Saint Joseph's University, where they earned a BS degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Eric has obtained certifications in "Uncovering Your Authentic Self at Work" from LinkedIn and "Ethical Principles for Conversational AI" from edX, both in 2023.
