Nicole James

Nicole James is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Director of Sales at Swoop since March 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as an Account Executive at VideoAmp from July 2021 to March 2024, and had a brief tenure as an Interior Designer at Havenly from August 2023 to February 2024. Nicole's career began with positions as an Account Executive at Quantcast and an Associate Account Executive at JustPremium, a GumGum Company. Nicole also gained experience in sales and account management as an intern at Neptune Retail Solutions. Educationally, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Psychology & Management from the University of Michigan and completed Sales & Marketing courses at both the Fashion Institute of Technology and Anglo-American University in Prague.
