Ruben Schultz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and technology. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Atlantic Labs since April 2022, Ruben focuses on pre-seed and seed investments, particularly in founder-led ventures, climate technology, deep tech, and vertical SaaS. As a Co-Founder and Principal at Swoop, Inc. since January 2019, Ruben has developed a venture-backed platform for the private transportation industry. Additionally, Ruben has been a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Southern California since March 2021, teaching the Harvard Case on Swoop. Prior roles include contributions to the Growth & Partnerships team at Meta and the Business Development team at Google, where Ruben supported initiatives for agencies and clients in EMEA. Ruben holds a CEMS degree from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
