Ryan O'Connor is currently working as a Principal Technologist at Sword Group, with previous experience as a Senior Technologist at the same company. Prior to that, Ryan worked as an IT Support and Systems Engineer at Westwood Global Energy Group and as a Contact Advisor at Response Intelligent Outsourcing. Ryan holds a degree in Computing: Technical Support from Glasgow Metropolitan College and attended Thomas Muir High School.
